Utterly weird! Why does the Pearse object above fall down in Firefox? But when we add an earlier instance inside a <div>, then the totally unchanged object starts to work!

was one of the image hosting sites I looked at following the apparent permanent demise of
fotopic. I rapidly rejected it for: nauseating, flashing, jiggling adverts, print sales
only in USA, etc. I am using it to host
just this image.
rwhgal1.php
- To eliminate spurious "back to start of section" link at start of a gallery.
Normally descr1 can be left as NULL but if there is no descr1 for the very first
item, change it to non-NULL, ie. "" (which is different!).
- xxtitle. Preferred format is:

- ucoz. Heavy mods were done 2010 August to support "ucoz=2" galleries, ie. images
in a normal rhaworth.me directory rather than the ucoz-structured photo galleries
and this Dublin gallery was created.
On reflection, these were a waste of time. The idea was to use the 680 Mbytes currently available at rhaworth.me. But why bother when I have 3900 Mbytes available on rhaworth.com? And by the time I have used it, they will probably have increased the allowance! Also while phpthumb works for remote images, it does generate web traffic and I had not worked out how rwhgal1 should detect big images for this type of gallery - ucoz does not support directory listings via http.
2012 Sept update. Having switched to UKcheapest for hosting, there was still a need to be economical with space since UKcheapest only allows me 3 Gbytes. But a new approach was needed …
Not only does phpthumb generate web traffic but it stores the full size images in a temp directory - worse than defeating the space saving object because it appears to create multiple copies of the same image.
I have now decided the correct approach is to keep the 640/ images on rhaworth.net and just put the big/ stuff on rhaworth.me. And I have found that I can get directory listings from rhaworth.me via FTP.
Yet another problem - ucoz imposes a limit of 200 files per directory.

All "wikilink" formats have htmlspecialchars() applied to the link proper, eg.

Geograph API help
I keep losing the page which describes the APIs for Geograph. It is:www.geograph.org.uk/help/api
Updating Geograph and uploads tables with Geograph images
which have not been uploaded by RWH
- Create new items in the Geograph table. The fields width, height and path should be omitted.
- Run geoglog.php. This will output some dummy SQL.
- Edit qxq to ('gallery name', and add
- INSERT INTO `uploads` (`gallery`, `filnam`, `notes`) VALUES
- Run the insert query. Run uplog.php to get the paths.
- Run geoglog.php again. This will copy path, etc. to the Geograph table and geonum and nonRWH to the uploads table.
